Papers of Democratic State Senator and U.S. Congressman Lynn Stalbaum, representative of Wisconsin's 21st Senate District from 1954 to 1963 and of the 1st Congressional District from 1964 to 1965. (Stalbaum unsuccessfully ran for re-election in 1966 and 1968.) The collection documents his political career, especially his campaigns, as well as issues of interest to his constituents.
